Website chat

Our chat is provided by Brevo Conversations. Messages and any contact details you provide are sent to Lorrénah’s Brevo inbox so we can respond to your enquiry. Brevo and our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate these services.

AI assistant

When you send a message to the AI assistant, your question is processed by OpenAI and our Netlify reply service to identify the product question and answer from our catalogue. Messages and replies are saved in our private support dashboard. We use a hashed network address to limit misuse. Please use human chat for personal details, payments or order issues. The assistant cannot place orders or confirm delivery dates.

Newsletter

Our optional newsletter form is provided by Brevo. Signing up requires a separate consent checkbox. Sending a chat message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter.

Your information

We use enquiries and contact information for customer support and retain relevant records for business record keeping. Email lorrenah.store@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask a question about privacy. Requests are assessed against applicable record-keeping requirements.

Service providers

This storefront is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. The separate AI reply service is hosted by Netlify. We use Brevo for chat and newsletter services. Instagram and Facebook enquiries are handled through Meta. These providers may process information outside your country of residence.
